Family Placement Social Worker - Based at our Dorset office - Salary up to NJC SCP 36 currently £30011p.a

Families for Children Adoption Agency has an exciting new opportunity for a qualified Social worker to strengthen its work in Dorset to find adoptive families who will provide a safe and loving home for children from Local Authority care.

We are looking for someone who has creativity and flair to join our already highly experienced and motivated team of social workers.

Your role will concentrate on the assessment and preparation of adoptive parents, matching them to children, and providing high quality support after placement. You will need to demonstrate good communication skills, be diplomatic, empathetic and show sensitivity in all aspects of the role. Post qualifying experience is essential.
